Captain Marvel hits theaters this coming March, but fans can get an inside look at the film’s production in this months issue of Disney Twenty-Three.
Captain Marvel is the origin story of the extremely powerful Carol Danvers. Brie Larson stars as Captain Marvel and Samuel L. Jackson returns a Nick Fury in the film. In this months issue of Disney Twenty-Three the costars talk about what went into making the film and share details about their real-life friendship. Jackson shares an impressive iPhone video Larson sent him of the grueling training she endured to transform into her character.
The Spring issue also features more exciting content for fans of the Marvel Universe. Avengers: Endgame directors Anthony and Joe Russo share what fans can expect in the upcoming follow-up to Avengers: Infinity War. Fans can read a profile on Marvel Studios’ executive vice president of production Victoria Alonso, and preview Author Lorraine Cink’s new book Marvel Powers of a Girl which celebrates 65 powerful women.
