About Red Songbird Foundation
Singer/songwriter Hilary Roberts celebrates her birthday and introduces The Red Songbird Foundation (RSF), which will officially launch on the evening of the event. Guests will enjoy performances by Charlie Wilson and Jermaine Dupri, while also welcoming the new foundation, networking with industry colleagues, and celebrating the birthday of Hilary Roberts, whose greatest birthday wish is to know that people are receiving the help they need thanks to RSF. The event will be hosted by Terry Crews, with a stand-up comedy performance by Gabriel ‘Fluffy’ Iglesias. The Red Songbird Foundation began its work in 2009. Ten years later, the foundation has been certified as official, and is celebrating its public launch this year. Founded by Hilary Roberts, a survivor herself, the foundation aims to help survivors of trauma caused by sexual, physical, and verbal abuse, by providing counseling, assisting members to enter treatment, and by integrating members into support groups that specifically address their primary issues.
