Ben Affleck and Matt Damon’s new project with Showtime, City On A Hill, is a powerful drama with an all-star cast. The series takes place in early 1990s Boston and follows an unlikely alliance fighting for justice.

Kevin Bacon plays a smart, seasoned, and slightly corrupt FBI agent with Aldis Hodge as a motivated by the book assistant district attorney. The series is a fictionalized account of the “Boston Miracle,” a case that ultimately changes the city’s entire criminal justice system.

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are putting content back in Boston with this fictionalized account of the “Boston Miracle,” a turning point in the city’s efforts to push back against institutionalized corruption. Kevin Bacon appears as a no-good, old-school FBI agent paired up with Aldis Hodge’s straight-and-narrow assistant district attorney to work on a case to take down armored car robbers that shakes the city’s entire criminal justice system.
