Devs is a sci-fi thriller mini-series produced by FX Production, DNA TV, and Scott Rudin Productions. It is set to premiere sometime in the Spring of 2020. However, the fixed date has not been announced. Meanwhile check out this mysterious teaser that will make you anticipate this series.
This series was written and directed by the Oscar nominee and winner of over 20 awards, Alex Garland, who has also written the hit movies “Ex Machina,” “Annihilation,” “Never Let Me Go” and “28 Days Later”.
About the series
The story revolves around a young computer engineer who has specialized in software engineering, Lily Chan who works for Amaya- a tech company. On the disappearance of her boyfriend who was assumed to have committed suicide, Lily knows better.
She has suspicions on a secret development division in her company and starts investigating the reason behind her boyfriend’s death. However, in search of her boyfriend’s killer, she discovers something startling-a scientific conspiracy that could change the world.
Will she continue to look for her boyfriend’s killer or investigate the conspiracy? Will she be successful? To get to know, keep looking forward to the eight-episode of Devs.
