On Friday, the world learned about the tragic passing of actor Chadwick Boseman at the age of 43. Even more shocking was his hidden battle with colon cancer over the past four years. The actor who played the MCU’s Black Panther, baseball icon and breaker of the color barrier Jackie Robinson, as well as pop icon James Brown, inspired future generations and proved to be a real life hero himself.

One of the many selfless acts Boseman did was visit children going through battles of their own at places such as St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. In honor of this, comic retailer Sanctum Sanctorum is making 100% of their sales from a special Black Panther variant comic into donations benefiting St. Jude’s. You can check out the variant drawn by one of the most prolific artists in comics, David Mack. You can also see his painting commemorating the power of Boseman as a person at the top of the page.
