Mingle Media TV’s Red Carpet Report host Tamara Krinsky were invited to come out to cover the 2015 Golden Globes Party Press Preview for the awards show which will be held at the Beverly Hilton on January 11, 2015.
The Beverly Hilton’s new executive chef, Troy Thompson and executive pastry chef Thomas Henzi were on hand to unveil the menu for the 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards for the media in advance of the celebration where 1300 guests will be in attendance. The 3-course menu will include a Waldorf salad, followed by roasted onion-marinated filet minion and slow-baked arctic char with potato croquette, heirloom cherries and tomato fondue, and black Tuscan kale. Dessert will consist of a trio of cassis lemon cheesecake, chocolate alliance salted caramel and a hazelnut dacquoise.

Moët & Chandon is the official champagne of the awards and will be serving 1,500 Moët Imperial minis on the red carpet while guests will be treated to Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2004 and Moët Imperial Rosé as well as cocktails.
Mark Held of Mark’s Garden has been tapped to create the floral arrangements once again for the Golden Gloves and will be using six types of roses, miniature orchids, and hydrangea accented with lisianthus.
