If you’re a fan of shows like “The Fosters” on ABC Family and haven’t found MTV’s “Finding Carter” yet, there’s still time to watch season one before the second season premieres this Tuesday at 10 PM on MTV.
There’s so much out there to watch… we are always surprised when we find something good to pass on to our readers. Fortunately, we were able to binge-watch all of season one over two days on Hulu and really liked what we saw and wanted more. You can watch Finding Carter on Hulu by clicking here.
“Finding Carter” is about a teenaged girl who finds out that her mother, isn’t her mother as she was taken years before. Once reunited with her family, she finds challenges, many more than you’d imagine, to get through as she tries to find herself again.
We don’t like to post spoilers up, so we will say that this is definitely a series that will keep you guessing. The storytelling pulls at your heart strings because you see that this girl, Carter, really has a bond with her “mother” only to find that she is now torn because her “real” mother is trying to put her in jail and she doesn’t trust her. The bonds that tie in this series loosen and tighten like ocean waves with Carter and her past and present. What would you do? These episodes engage and create desire to give her advise… don’t do that, do this, etc…
