Mingle Media TV and our Red Carpet Report team were on hand for the Helping Hand Mother’s Day Luncheon honoring Ricki Lake and Philanthropists Joyce, Debbie, Linda and Nancy Powell at the Beverly Hilton. The exciting news from this year’s fundraising efforts, is that a check was presented for $500,000 to support the work being done at Cedars Sinai for women’s health.

The Helping Hand of Los Angeles, an 86 year-old support group of Cedar-Sinai, presents its annual Mother’s Day Luncheon, The event honors multi-talented Emmy winner Ricki Lake and philanthropists Joyce Powell and daughters Linda and Nancy and daughter-in-law Debbie with the “Mother of the Year Awards.” The afternoon will feature a fashion show by Melrose Alley presents EMMELLE New York.
