Academy Award Winner Viola Davis (“Fences”), Academy Award Nominee Bruce Dern (“Nebraska”) and Golden Globe Nominee Susan Anton (“Goldengirl”) were just a few of the 100+ VIP guests who celebrated the upcoming 90th Annual Academy Awards at Doris Bergman’s 10th Anniversary Oscar® Style Lounge and Party at Fig and Olive in West Hollywood last weekend. This courtyard party featured an array of fashion, fragrance, lifestyle, jewelry, sweets, and more, along with yummy hors d’oeuvres and a lovely lunch in the dining room.
Viola Davis (“Fences”, “The Help”, “Suicide Squad”) arrived late in the day, and graciously spoke to everyone on the terrace.

Academy Award Nominee Bruce Dern had fun telling Debbi DiMaggio stories about her cousin Joe DiMaggio (who married Marilyn Monroe). Realtor to the Stars Debbi DiMaggio gifted celebrities chocolate truffles, along with her new book, “Lights, Camera, Action!” about the parallels between auditioning for a part and selling a home.
Golden Globe Nominee Susan Anton fell in love with the Twisted Silver team, who was generously gifting their handmade jewelry to everyone.
And then Multiple GRAMMY Award-Winning Artist Anita Pointer broke into the song “I’m so excited” while stopping by Debbi DiMaggio’s booth.
Matt Murray (“9JKL”) also had a blast stopping by CJs Pet Staycation, who gifted goodie bags for your favorite furry friend.
SAG Awards Nominee Rex Lee (“Entourage”) told us he loves Best Picture Nominees “Get Out” and “Call Me By Your Name.” Rex also confessed that he’s so busy that he hasn’t seen all the nominated films, and looks forward to watching them.
