The House That Jack Built introduces viewers to a vicious sociopath recounting his development as a serial Killer.
Jack (Matt Dillon) is a highly intelligent serial killer recounting 5 murders he committed in the 1970s Pacific Northwest. The movie is a provocatively told through Jack’s point of view as he analyzes himself and his career as a serial killer.
Sociopathic Jack views the murders he’s committed as works of art. Police intervention looms in the air, but Jack continues to take more dangerous risks. Director Lars von Trier pushes boundaries with this film, viewers should expect to be shocked.
