Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is a brand-new full-length adventure. When the evil Dr. Nefarious uses a device that can access alternate dimensions to find a galaxy where he always wins, Ratchet and Clank are separated. As they try to reunite, they will meet a new Lombax resistance fighter, explore new and familiar locales (but with new dimensional twists!), and wield a whole new arsenal of out of this world weapons. The game launches June 11, 2021 for PlayStation 5 (MSRP $69.99 standard edition) with standard and special editions available for pre-order.

So far no mentions have been made of a PlayStation 4 edition of the game. While Insomniac Games has been vocal about how this Ratchet and Clank will make use of the the PlayStation 5’s power and solid state drive, all the games we’ve heard of so far have not made them selves fully exclusive to next-gen hardware.
