“The Muppets Mayhem,”

Disney+ has unveiled the official trailer for the upcoming original series “The Muppets Mayhem,” which stars Lilly Singh, Tahj Mowry, Saara Chaudry, and The Electric Mayhem Band. The show, a musical comedy series, will debut with all episodes on May 10, exclusively on Disney+.

The plot of “The Muppets Mayhem” revolves around The Electric Mayhem Band, which includes Dr. Teeth on vocals and keyboards, Animal on drums, Floyd Pepper on vocals and bass, Janice on vocals and lead guitar, Zoot on saxophone, and Lips on trumpet. The band embarks on a music-filled journey to record their first studio album, with the help of a young music executive, Nora Singh (Singh). In the process, they face the modern music industry’s challenges and opportunities.

The Disney Branded Television-produced show is based on characters created by Jim Henson, and the project was developed and written by executive producers Adam F. Goldberg, Bill Barretta, and co-executive producer Jeff Yorkes. Michael Bostick, Kris Eber, David Lightbody, and Leigh Slaughter also serve as executive producers, while Linda Perry provides original music as the executive music producer and Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee.

Fans can enjoy the show’s soundtrack on streaming platforms from May 10, and The Electric Mayhem’s debut album will be released on vinyl on May 12. Digital soundtrack pre-save and vinyl album pre-order options are available. Fans can also listen to the official Muppets playlist to revisit their favorite tracks.
