After a horrifying home invasion in Mexico City, Eva narrowly escapes with her life and decides to relocate to Los Angeles for her recovery. However, when her husband has to travel for business, Eva finds herself alone in an unfamiliar environment, plagued by paranoia. Seeking solace in the smart home security system, she soon realizes that mastering the technology is more challenging than expected. Doubts creep in as she questions whether the system will truly keep her safe or potentially take control of her life.
