Just days ahead of the season four premiere of the Amazon original series, The Boys, showrunner Eric Kripke also announced that the following fifth season of the show would be its last.
The show based on the cult favorite Wildstorm/Dynamite comics series by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson has been a hit for Amazon since its 2019 and has spawned two spin off series; the animated The Boys: Diabolical and the teen drama Gen V. The Boys season four premieres later this week with a two episode drop followed by weekly episode releases through mid-July.
Also ahead of season four, popular water brand Liquid Death has released its latest tie-in with The Boys. I hope we see this mentioned in the show.
