CND For Libertine Fall/Winter 2015
CND For Libertine Fall/Winter 2015

With a goal to share more interesting fashion trends from the runway to the red carpet, we found these new nail designs from CND which debuted at Libertine’s Fall/Winter 2015 Show at Lincoln Center during New York City Fashion Week to be edgy and dazzling and something to follow.

The designs are inspired by mythology and Indian culture and were created by the amazing artists on the CND Design Lab Team using CND® Liquid & Powder, painted with VINYLUX® Weekly Polish and embellished with CND® Additives using a variety of  materials. They created these unique 3D designs with 2,500 hand-placed paillettes, 600 feet of gold chain and 110 individually sculpted shark teeth abstract shark teeth nails, inspired by baguettes on the sleeves of the Libertine garments, featured blinding gold studs in varying textures with one giant shark tooth extending halfway up the finger.

Combined with the designs that Libertine’s models were wearing on the runway, this collaboration made quite an impact combining art and fashion with textures and color.
