If you thought that The Voice was going to be awkward about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s new sizzling romance- you thought wrong!

With Gwen Stefani back on the show along with Alicia Keys and recurring coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton; season twelve looks like it’s going to be full of love and comedy.

Gwen and Blake are definitely not acting shyly about their new found romance and Adam Levine is making all the right comments- he’s of course teasing the couple and having his own fun.

At one point during the show he even makes a schoolboy reference to sitting next to Blake’s girlfriend. In a cute, ha-ha kind of way.

And Gwen is showing her affection to the country star in many ways. After one contestant chose Team Blake over Team Gwen she said it was okay because ‘she picked him too.’ She also sits on his lap and calls him cute.

Blush. Blush.

Fans of The Voice should look forward to some friendly competition between the two coaches and lots of laughs.

And a kiss from Adam to Blake towards the end.

Red Carpet Report got the chance to sneak a peek at this new season and in the first episode of The Voice, we had people from all across the U.S give it their all during the blind auditions. As always, the blind auditions is one of the most exciting aspects of the show. From cops, to cancer survivors and LGBT members. Everyone is risking it all to be on this show.
