PR heavyweight Doris Bergman held her 5th Annual Emmys Style and Lounge Celebration at Fig and Olive in West Hollywood.
As with any legit Emmys party, there was no shortage of champagne, celebrities and designers showing off their newest and most enviable swag. Between bumping elbows with everyone from industry vets like the iconic Jon Voight to the superbly talented up and coming actress Joey King, vendors from all over showcased some truly amazing products.
Sponsors and guests were also there to support Wednesday’s Child, a weekly segment on FOX 11 highlighting children in need and donated gifts for their pre holiday gift giving drive.

Party sponsor and by far the busiest table belonged to MD Sun, a skin care line providing state of the art products to keep your skin looking youthful and healthy. MD Sun provided guests of the party with a particularly impressive doggy bag full of various toners, creams and even a hydrating mask packaged in a silver travel bag that would make a pretty cool gift just on its own. I haven’t tried all of the products yet but I have high hopes for the Intensive Eye Gel.
What goes better with beautiful skin than a beautiful smile? Not much, and that’s where Whitening Lightening comes in. Their whitening products rival your dentist’s and even come with a handy and effective LED light to keep that thousand watt smile brighter than ever in just 20 minutes.
The lovely ladies of Spongellé were also there to hand out their various cleansing and exfoliating products. They specialize in scented soap infused sponges that are good for at least 14 uses. They’re reasonably priced and super convenient not to mention they’re super cute and come in a bunch of scents, I got the Bulgarian Rose and it smells like a freaking spring garden.
Single Dress was also on hand providing guests with a mini shopping spree of racks of super cute dresses and tops to sift through, I had my eye on a lime green lace shift dress but due to the heat and my inexcusable laziness. I declined trying anything on and instead was lucky enough to take home an adorable bright fuchsia tank top that fits like a glove. I will definitely be hitting up Single Dress again for my future party dress needs.
One of my favorites of the day were the gracious merchants of Azul Imperial Tequila. I love me some good tequila and Azul Imperial did not disappoint. I was able to sample the Blanco as well as the Reposado and I can honestly say that in a swelteringly humid room and with no chaser, that was some of the smoothest tequila I have ever tasted. Macrina Montes knows her shiz and was able to break it down for me like a boss. Her insight and passion for her product was remarkable and made me want to be her best friend.
Other notable merchandise was provided by Unity Vintage Jeans, Traveler’s Choice Luggage, Twisted Silver Jewelry, Go Fore Broke Sportswear, Ooh La Bra, and My Sweet Cupcake.
